Please do not worry, your device is most likely working perfectly. Modern Somavedic models are designed with maximum discretion and minimal disturbance in mind, especially during the night.

The human brain naturally expects a light indicator to confirm that a device is turned on and functioning. However, the internal glow of our devices is intentionally designed to be very soft and subtle.

Recommended step for verification:

Try unplugging your Somavedic and taking it into a completely dark room (such as a windowless bathroom or storage room), even during the daytime, and plug it back in there. In total darkness, the gentle internal light will become clearly visible. If you can see the light in the dark room, your device is functioning properly.
