What is the ideal place for Somavedic?

The ideal place is in the middle of the flat or on the ground floor in the case of a multi-story house, within 100 feet of the bedrooms and where you and your family spend most of your time. Remember that Somavedic penetrates through walls, floors, and ceilings. The Vedic, Amber, and Gold models should also be within 1-2 feet of your drinking water for the structuring benefits. Please place the device approximately 4ft away from larger electronic devices (e.g., fridge, dishwasher, wifi router).

Can I place the device in my bedroom? 

We do not recommend placing a device in the bedroom for the first week of use as your body is still adjusting to the new energies and you may experience insomnia or detoxification symptoms. You can place the device in another room or hallway, preferably behind the wall of your bedroom so it's close to you. If you decide to place the device in your bedroom after using it for a week, it is not recommended to place the device under the bed or within 6 feet of the bed. If you don't like the light at night, you can cover it with the lid of the paper box it came in or a piece of natural cloth. This will not affect the functionality of the device.

Can the Somavedic be placed inside a cabinet or does it need to be on a visible countertop?

The Somavedic can be placed inside a cabinet without affecting its functionality as it penetrates walls, floors, and ceilings. However, for optimal water structuring benefits, it is recommended to have the device in a visible place where it can be close to your drinking water. Be sure to keep it a safe distance from large electronic devices and out of immediate proximity to your bed during initial use to avoid potential insomnia or detox symptoms.

Should I take the device with me when I go to a different room or a different floor in my house?

Definitely not. The range of the device is a 100 ft radius in all directions (like a sphere); it penetrates walls, floors, and ceilings. The device should be placed in one place in the apartment or house and not moved around from one place to another.
