The standard warranty period for Somavedic devices is 2 years, with the exception of the LED diodes, which are covered by an extended 5-year warranty. Warranty repairs or exchanges are performed exclusively by the manufacturer and cover material defects, functional issues, or production defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling or acts of nature (e.g., lightning, earthquakes). It also does not apply to defects resulting from unprofessional or careless use that goes against the manufacturer's instructions. The warranty also excludes damage caused by natural disasters, power surges, or drops in the home network, as well as any mechanical damage (e.g., from a fall) or signs of unauthorized tampering with the device.

Please do not remove the sticker with the serial number on the bottom of the device. Removing the serial number will void your warranty.
